We work with you to make it easy to select the perfect menu for your event.
The Bar
In addition to Wild Side Brewing Co beers, we have a variety of wine and spirits available. With notice we can produce a brew unique to your event!

Event Policies
General
- NO OUTSIDE FOOD OR DRINK is allowed. [See listed exeption]
- CAKES OR DESSERT May be brought in if purchased from a licensed food vendor and with prior approval from Wild Side Brewing Co.
- Wild Side Brewing Co. WILL NOT ACCEPT RESPONSIBLITY for quality, condition, or care of outside desserts brought on to the premisis.
- TABLE LINENS Are not provided by may be brought in from an outside vendor at the customer’s expense.
- PROHIBITED DECORATIONS: Permanent Tape, Paint, Glitter, Confetti, Silly String, and similar products. Violations will result in a cleaning charge.
- Wild Side Brewing Co is NOT RESPONSIBLE for damage or loss fo any merchandise or other valuables left at any event.
- CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE for any damage to the property caused by their event or guests.
Menus & Head Counts
MONDAY–THURSDAY
Parties of 25 or less may order from our regular menu on the day of the event.
EVENTS ABOVE 25 GUEST AND WE WILL CUSTOMIZE A FAMILY STYLE CATERING EVENT THAT MEETS YOUR NEEDS AND BUDGET.
Pre-selected food, bar menus and tentative headcount of guests must be submitted 10 days prior to the event. We ask that your tentative headcount is within 10 of the final number. Final headcount must be submitted 5 days prior to the event.
Fees & Minimums
WEEKDAYS
Monday – Thursday (ALL DAY)
– Events less than 25 people require a $100 deposit. (This is a prepayment against your final bill.)
– Events greater than 25 guest incur a $200 room rental fee (for up to 4 hours) and are subject to a $500 food/beverage minimum.
WEEKENDS
Before 4PM Friday, Saturday, & Sunday
– All event sizes incur a $250 Room rental fee (up to 4 hours) and are subject to a $750 food and beverage minimum.
Friday after 4PM, Saturday or Sunday (ALL DAY)
– All event sizes incur a $400 room rental fee (for up to 4 hours)and are subject to a $1,000 food/beverage minimum.
RENT THE WHOLE VENUE
Monday – Thursday
$1,500 space rental fee – $1,000 min food and drink spend
$25 per person catering
$30 per person for open beer and wine
$45 per person open bar with select sprits
Friday- Sunday (event must conclude before 4PM)
$1,750 space rental fee – $1,500 min food and drink spend
$25 per person catering
$30 per person for open beer and wine
$45 per person open bar with select spirits
GRATUITY
All private parties are subject to 18% gratuity.

Payment
PAYMENT IN FULL IS REQUIRED AT THE CONCLUSION OF THE EVENT.
Cash and all major credit cards are accepted forms of payment. All payments made online will be charged a 3% service fee.
TAX EXEMPT ORGANIZATIONS
Please note that tax exempt groups must provide a tax-exempt certificate 7 days prior to the event or sales tax will be assessed at the time of the event and will not be reimbursed.
Hours
Every booking includes up to 4 consecutive hours of Facility access UNLESS OTHER ARRANGEMENTS HAVE BEEN MADE AND APPROVED IN ADVANCE.
Setup and event times must be agreed upon 7 days prior to the event. Any extra “event” hours will be charged to the Guest in addition to the rental fee and due with the final invoice.
Cancellation
Cancellation prior to 60 days of the event will result in a full refund. Cancellation within 60 days of the event will result in loss of deposit. Cancellation within 14 days of the event will result in a charge of 25% of the food and beverage minimum.
The credit card on file will be charged.
